Wheelock Mountain Farm

Ubuntu ⇔ Freedom, The Maroon Legacy Keepers, and Wheelock Mountain Farm will be co-hosting four outdoor retreats in rural Vermont. These retreats will bring together people ready to live free today for co-learning, co-building, co-dreaming, and co-manifesting. They will take place one weekend in June, July, August, and September. Please note, there are limited spots and attendance is first come, first served.

The cost to attend is $380 per person, and includes:

  • Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
  • Access to the 650 Acre Farm
  • Exploration of the teachings of Russell Maroon Shoatz, The Ubuntu Principles of Freedom, Restorative Land Justice, Mutual Aid, and Cooperative Values 
  • Land Based Experiences

  • Maple Syrup Production Tour
  • Foraging Herbs, Mushrooms, and other Edibles
  • Berry Identification and Picking
  • Pathfinding, Trailblazing, Hiking
  • Fire Building
  • Star Gazing
  • Plant Identification
  • Rope Making
  • Scavenger Hunts

Most importantly, we will be collectively developing practical approaches to building now the world we want and deserve.
